Am I A Certified Fitness Trainer?

No, I don't hold any formal education or qualifications in the health and fitness field.

However, I began sharing my experiences with friends, offering assistance, and conducting online teaching sessions.

I previously worked as a fitness trainer at a gym and a group fitness instructor at University of Massachusetts Lowell

Do I Need To Go To Gym?

While having access to a gym can be beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for my coaching services.

I understand that there may be several reasons why someone may not wish to go to the gym.

Therefore, I offer calisthenics and bodyweight workouts as a viable alternative that is just as effective, provided that they are done with proper guidance.

Moreover, I personally continue to train in my house, using minimal equipment, and find it to be both enjoyable and effective.

Do I Have To Use Lots Of Supplements To Be Successful?

There are some supplements that can provide a convenient and effective means of helping with your goals.

But I understand that not everyone may want to take them.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you achieve optimal health and wellbeing in the most comfortable and sustainable manner possible.

What If I Can't Continue The Program Due To An Injury Or Emergency?

I'm Sujit Reddy, a Software Engineer and Fitness Coach from Dallas.

With 4 years of experience, I've learned from the best and trained in various forms of fitness, including Calisthenics, Weight Training, and Parkour.

It has also helped me overcome anxiety and become the best version of myself - and I want to share that experience with you!
